Throughout the spring semester, I've continued my work with Ulliman Schutte with projects ranging from quick, one day edits to continuing to work on a project that has been ongoing since September 2021.

One of the main projects that I worked on in early January was some playing cards to pass out at recruitment fairs and conferences. The original designs were basic, including a picture and some illustrations. However, I was given the freedom to redesign the cards to an original design. Taking inspiration from bicycle playing cards, I created the design below. I love how the results came out, and I am proud of the work I was able to produce with my artistic and graphic design skills.

In addition to the playing cards, Ulliman Schutte needed some new screen wipes to hand out at different events. I redesigned the old, dated option into a sleek, water based option.

The next project that I worked on was creating new updated fence designs for the Virginia Beach SWIFT project that has been ongoing since September 2021. These new designs included different aspects. This project is still ongoing, but sounds like it is set to wrap up relatively soon. It will be exciting to see what happens with the work I've been doing for so long! The next project I was tasked with was to develop some new business cards for Hightower EV, a side project that was in need of some graphic design help. While the project was not affiliated with Ulliman Schutte, I did work for them to develop a couple of different options for their business cards. Below are a few of the options I developed for the fronts and backs of the cards.

I had a quick project to develop a new t-shirt for co-ops at Ulliman Schutte, which I ran through many designs. Ultimately, we settled on the design below.

In addition to this shirt, we also used a similar design for a branded tote bag. This was a super quick project, created in only a couple of hours in order to meet order times and have the tote bags shipped before the event.

Another t-shirt design that I have created more recently is below. These shirts were to show community commitment within the company. Some of the design options are below.

For another internal project, I came up with a new logo for some training PowerPoint slides. These presentations would be used to teach anyone about the basics of an Ulliman Schutte construction site, as well as some information about the wastewater treatment plants.

For my most recent project, I have been working on some characters for some community engagement materials and for community-facing events. The idea was to create some approachable animals that were dressed in construction gear, used in array of settings, from schools, to employee education, to community engagement. Some of the process pictures are below for these animals.

On deck, I am working on a couple more projects with Ulliman Schutte involving an overhaul of conference materials, new branded items to hand out at recruitment fairs and conferences, new internal designs for news posts, new light box designs, and more!
