Kellogg's Internship Showcase

This summer, I worked as a Sales Intern with the Kellogg Company on the National Grocery Team in Customer Strategy & Planning. My internship was an amazing experience for connecting with talented individuals, my personal and professional development, and learning!

For the first half of my internship, I was able to practice professional selling with Kellogg's Sales Representative Bradley Speckert in WALMART stores across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. I learned Kellogg's multitudes of brands, how to sell to store managers, and always strove to upgrade our displays!

The second half of my internship was full of gaining exposure to Tableau, observing financial metrics, paring down data, and documenting profit opportunities. With the guidance of my manager Jermaine Dunning, I created cohesive and in-depth presentations to guide future plans within Kellogg's Customer teams.

I also had the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team of fellow interns in the Intern Innovation Challenge. I am excited to announce that our team won and that product idea that we came up with is being vetted by the Eggo team to become an official Kellogg's product!

I would like to extend a HUGE thank you to the everyone who I connected with over the course of my internship, both full-time employees and fellow interns, and the following people especially for being such wonderful guidance throughout my internship: my manager Jermaine Dunning, my KSR Bradley Speckert, and my mentors Jacqualine O'Connor and Emily Zippilli.
